Realizing your dreams in life through career or job? Which will you prefer!

Dreams come true in life when one realizes his/ her set goals and personal aspiration.

Oftentimes, one needs to define success personally and enlist or document all his personal goals. Since many of our goals no doubt require money, money that one may not have at a time, hence one need to earn this money by providing a product or services to other people.

Note

The vehicle or means you will use to earn this money will be either through a career or a job. Passionately, career or a job which one will you prefer to reach your goals and fulfills your personal aspiration. I hope in this case to answer that question the choice remains yours.

But arguably, if you have choose or chosen the route you will take must consider it carefully. It is a decision you really need to make it wisely, because it will affect your life and your rewards for the rest of your life and your whole life existence

Job in general terms is usually a way to earn a living and pay the bills. It usually takes a mini mum of training and education.

Jobs only required that an individual commit to be on time, be at work almost every day, perform duties of the job satisfactorily and relate and get along well with supervisory personnel and fellow workers. When you choose a job, you are either paid on hourly wage and if you are lucky get additional fringe benefits such as vacation, pay, sick leave, holiday bonus, medical insurance etc.

I know the good job idea sound so promising to many people as acceptable way of earning money but whoever prefers a job to career does not fully understand economic principles. Jobs allow you to live in the fate of others whether private or government determine what you earn, eat, wear, live, car you ride, places you go, seize your freedom and decide choice of marital life and success. However a job usually offers individual victims less security than a career

Career in contrast, differs from a job in that it is usually seen as a long term means of earning a living. It requires definite selection from the wide range of occupation that is available for consideration

The person who opts for a career rather than a job usually earns a great deal more money because of more extensive education, specialized training and a long term commitment to stick with the chosen career

If you have a job and are not happy with the money you earn or your prospects for the future, the solution is your personal decision but remember that a job can also become a career especially if handle  and approach with good mental attitude and personal commitment.

I want to let you off with this word that you will never be a great success and have true happiness in life if you are in work that you dislike or that you are totally unsuited for. You need to ask yourself several answerable questions to decide whether job or career will see you dream come through.

But no doubt about it, career give you total freedom from hiccups of jobs and allow you to live life on which you determine most times your own fate. Selecting the right job or career may not be easy for one, but all you need to know is that the world will step aside if you know your destination. With diligence and consistency you will surely get there
