Can the world have another Nelson Mandela of South Africa?

Ninety five years ago Mandela was born like every other person on earth. He grew up in a society whereby he thought there is need for societal reorientation through adjustment, societal equality of life and access to sustainable society where equality will reigns regardless of age, language, colour, education, background and history of his people.
“I believe Mandela personal philosophy and ideology of life contradict that of most people in the world”. He began his life to channel a course for common man against any form of oppression and racial discrimination. Initially, he was not looking for a name, political appointment or political fartherism but believe there is need to take his people to a new promise land where new generation will live without any fear
“Now, Mandela has passed on after he accompanished his mission and hence everyone believes that it might be difficult for the world to produce another nelson Mandela; is this really true?”
Presently, the whole world believes there is no true leader like him whether in the past or present, however, reaching and study the life and time of Mr. Mandiba, you will agree me that he is irreplaceable! This man was jailed, ambushed, maltreated, cheated, and reprimanded in prison yard for 27years not 27 days and not because of his involvement in political conspiracy, political coup, corruption, terrorism, murder, crime but just to demand and request for the right of his people in their own land. I hope the whole world has a record what he went through in the prison yard. After he was sent free and was voted as president by his people according to their will, he only spends a single tenure in office and retires from public affairs not by threat or intimidation.

However, this is unusual of a typical African leader! Many Africa leaders of this caliber rarely surrender power as even most of them that have not paid any price of freedom for their own people do not want to surrender power in a due course. What most people fail to realize is that, Mandela was not interested in his country treasury, power and African style of leadership but focus on promoting and enriching the welfare of his people cum the future of his country.

Many world leaders today are their in power to fulfill their own mission or that of their political fartherism but not for the mission of their own people. I want to challenge all other world leaders today that what mandiba has done to show exemplary traits of outstanding leadership style that is base on sound philosophies and ideologies that put smile on the face of every citizen.
Note
Mandela was not an angel but a common man who believe that his own personal philosophies can heal the wound of many nations. Today, he his gone, the whole world gather together to appreciate his ideology and his contribution towards the development of a black man continent.
The death of Mandela shake  the pillars of the whole world, I  asked this question that how can the death of a single black man got the attention of the whole wide world, that means most people felt his impact and touch with his leadership ideology. However, the most significant thing is that, many world leaders came to power base on their own will, interest and fame but not all about fighting a course for their own people.

The life of a single Blackman touched the live of everybody on earth. This is strange and unbelievable. I want to tell everybody that what matters is not the colour, religion, education, continents, country and name or personality but one ability to touched peoples life and existence!. where other African leaders busy siphoning their country treasury to a foreign land, terrorizing their own people, draining their country economy, oppressing their own people, embracing corruption and turn to life ruling class and political gladiator, Mandela spend his life to defend the future of his people in exchange for sale of his personal freedom.

“Mandela is gone everybody morns him but so many world leaders that died, people take to street to celebrate their death as a signaled of freedom”. I believe this will be a food for thought for leadership aspiring individuals.  No doubt million of people like Mandela are still available in all sphere of life, it is only that people fail to do what is right and embrace philosophies and ideology that is beneficial to their own people. If all existing and aspiring leaders think of their people first before themselves then we shall have so many mandiba in this world. Life is all about caring for the people so that people you takecare of shall take care of you someday even in death!
