What your Employer thought of you?

Oftentimes I wonder what most employees perceive to be the core thought of their employers towards them. Good or bad, I believe you will find quite impressive answer to that after you read this article. Employers like any other person want to get maximum return from all their investment. “Employee is a tool bought by employers to achieve their personal goals”. I remember one proverb that says, when a man that has money but with no idea meet with a man that has no money but posses great idea then there is exchange of idea for money

However, it is good to know that as an employee, what you are selling is your idea in exchange for money. But does the wages and salary paid to you correspond to your input to that organization? Personally,” I believe that for every man that works for his fellow man as a worker lacks personal confidence and self believe”. Most of the time, I have been able to study the trend of things that what will make a man to sell his integrity, worth, confidence, knowledge, time , freedom, destiny and skills to another man in exchange for returns that does not guarantee his living. Majority of people on earth does not seem to be happy with their jobs presently and yet they hold on to the job. Why? I believe you have answer to that!

However, everyone is born with a purpose and I believe your purpose is not to serve another person throughout your lifetime. It is good for everyone to know his worth and personal value but most nowadays what determine people’s worth and value is their employers. Your employers look at your worth and place value on you. I strongly believe that most employees are undervalued by their employers. Come to think of it, look at your “pay” and the time, effort, freedom, skills, commitment and knowledge you sacrifice for the development of that organization, can you say that your pay match your “inputs”

I have worked in an organization before where the progress of the organization is amazing but the welfare of their worker is not of any significance. “However, employers progresses while employee retrogresses”. I believe most employers are there to protect their investment but not to protect those that will make the investment to yield any return”. Most of time, my own perception of not self reliant is that those individuals are people who can’t take care themselves. One thing that I always like to say to everybody is that, “we all have equal opportunity to succeed in life”. “Forget about where you are coming from but what is most important is your destination”. How long will you allow others to dictate your time management, what to wear, what to eat, where to live, when to marry, time of vacation, your financial status etc.

“This might sound so funny but the truth is that, if you are not yet your own boss no matter how rich you are, you are still a poor person”.  Those things that make you rich today might not be their tomorrow because you don’t have a full control over it. Be your own boss made you a king in your own kingdom. If you can work for others and get result, I believe you can do that better for yourself. As society changed and more jobs and careers opened up, the clear cut choices for a persons life and career path became washed away. Since the youth of today have no farm to go back to, and since there are hundreds who are never happy about their jobs then you need to create your own world.

You don’t have to be stupid for so long but let the whole world know that there is something so unique about you. I believe the world is spacious enough to accommodate the success of every individual. There is something that always makes you superior to all other beings on earth, discover that thing and let the whole world celebrate you.  You have no excuse to fail in life but so much opportunity to make you a super star.

 It is high time you stop committing you life, career, skills, knowledge and time building another person dreams unnecessary with career wasting remunerations but develop a sustainable foundation for your generation even yet unborn.

I believe at this juncture of your life, you need to make decision and face real life realities to get yourself out of slave trade and rat race you have embrace for so many years without any significant result. Get out of your stupidity and embrace to live a life of fulfillment rather than mere survival living that will not guarantee you successful end! Tell your employer you are not stupid not by mouth but by action
